Remembrance Week 1918-2018 - Assemblies and Services

Next week is Remembrance Week 1918-2018 and continues with our theme from Rights Respecting School/Poppy Appeal work before the October break.  This will be marked by the following programme:

Global Citizenship Programme of Assemblies at Registration:

• Monday 5th November 2018 – S3
• Tuesday 6th November 2018 – S1
• Wednesday 7th November 2018 – S2
• Thursday 8th November 2018 – S6 (see below)
• Friday 9th November 2018 – S4

In addition:

Thursday 8th November 2018 - Formal Remembrance Service Day – Chaplaincy Team;

• Registration: S6 (Short Chaplaincy Input)
• Period 1: S5 (One World time) – Formal service
• Period 2: S1 – Formal Service
• Period 3: S2 – Formal Service
• Period 4: S3 – Formal Service

You will notice that S4 have not been included in the formal services but are receiving Remembrance input via the Chaplaincy Team  – they are involved in a Poppy making programme during their One World time.
