Digital Learning Support
In the menu opposite you will find a number of short videos that will support the use of digital learning tools.
Our Digi-ken series of videos are 30 second explainer videos that show quickly how to do some of the most important tasks.
Below is a range of materials and tips that support the use of our online learning tools such as GLOW and Teams.
Should you encounter any issues with using GLOW or Teams please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you within 3 working days but we anticipate that we will be in contact in a shorter time frame than this.
Good practice & tips
- We have found that using the Microsoft Teams app on your digital device works much faster than logging into through GLOW.
- If you notice something that isn't working or can't access please get in touch with your class teacher first. You can do this by dropping them a message on the Team Post area or by emailing them from your GLOW email.
- If you don't understand work or need some extra support, let your teacher know. You can do this on Teams using the Posts area or if you want to keep it more private you can drop an email to your teacher using your GLOW email.

Due to GDPR regulations we are only allowed to supply the user of the account (the pupil) with login details. It is likely that we will need to make contact with you and your child during the reset process
If you request a password change/reset please call the school office and provide us with the following information so we can verify the user;
- Pupil name
- Date of Birth
- Contact phone number
